OVERVIEW
To qualify, all individuals must live within one hour drive to Monterey Bay area, California, USA. No exceptions.
All interested individuals, will go through a vigorous screening process, that will include but is not limited to an initial questionnaire, a background check, testing specific to job classification (example: artists will be required to submit specific sketches from specific formats that relate to company projects), telephone interview, reference checks, in person interview, etc.

Therefore, we are looking for applicants who are willing to earn the opportunity to be a part of an original culture selling unproven products in an ever-changing marketplace. We are looking for individuals to work in the beginning as an independent contractor, and all that that entails, to perform duties on our projects. Projects may deal with the subjects of health, U.S. Military, conservation, metaphysics, energy, paranormal, alternative medicine, and or other patriotically themed products and may be subject to change without notice.
WHAT WE EXPECT
You may have the opportunity to assist in the creation of exclusive media products for the public market place. You will be required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement, an Independent Contractor Work Agreement that will state that the Company will own and control all rights for any/all work you generate while working with the company on its projects, and may be required to submit to a background check.
All hard copy work in any form (doodles, sketches in any form, notes, etc) will owned by the Company and will be required to be routinely turned over to the Company. Depending on your job, you will be required to routinely submit both completed and rough work illustrations in digital media format (CD, DVD) to us, perform routine back-ups of all artwork generated, work within specific deadlines, available for bi-weekly phone conferences, and face to face meetings.
Depending on your job, initially you may be able to work from your home, however there will be a point in which you will be required to work directly from our offices. You will also be reviewed regularly on your performance, attitude, teamwork, communication skills, etc.
Due to the potential level of response, individuals will be automatically removed from consideration if they do not follow the Personnel directions or live outside the approved area (1 hour drive to Monterey Bay, CA, USA).
PRIMARY SKILLS
All individuals applying must own a working computer, have high speed internet access, printer, CD & DVD Writer, Personal Firewall, Latest Anti-Virus, and have their own personal email address (that is not shared with anyone else).
All Artists, Digital Animators, Digital Visual Effects and other specialty fields must own working equipment specific to their field (i.e. specific software, Computer that can handle large volumes of information at high speeds, Back-up hardware and software)
